TM makes extensive use of our educational accomplishment designations - CC, AC, DTM etc.  A field of 5 characters for this needs to be added to the profile and display at the end of the member's name just as we do on name badges etc.

My other request is function - if I am editing a page and want to add a link to another page, nothing cues me that in doing so I am exiting the page I am working on and losing all the changes.  There should a 'save changes before exiting" prompt or if in the edit mode any additional pages should open in a separate window leaving the page you editing alone.  We lost 2 hours of work on our new home page when we went to get a url for a link at the bottom - it was a nasty and unnecessary surprise.
