Hello,
Some of the custom roles are not showing up on my historical roles report:
Custom Roster Duty Title #4: "Speaker #5
Custom Roster Duty Title #5: "Evaluator#5
Can someone give me advice on how to make it appear?
Second question:
How do we get rid of used custom roles? We want to erase the Backup speaker from the report.

At this time the custom roles are not tracked in the historical role report.
If there are no entires for a roll it should not show. |

They show up fine in my historical data. This includes the three different reports from between the user form and user list (without dates, with and edit), plus the list in my profile entry. If Annie's club isn't getting them, there must be some difference between her server/setup and mine....
BTW, sorry I haven't been around for almost a week to help out. Been out of town at a convention, busier than I thought I'd be. Now I have a few moments to breathe... before going away for another few days!

I'm having the same issue. We're using all 7 custom roles, and only 4 of them show up on the report. 5 show up on the individual member pages.
It seems odd that some show up and others don't. It would be nice if all could be tracked, since we recognize members in my club if they've filled each of the roles.
