In trying to make changes to members information, each time I click on a user to update their record, the member banner (menu) collapses and I have to re-expand to see and update the record. Is there a setting to leave any of the menus expanded?

You should see that the update has been applied, and the areas should stay open while you are still on the site admin page. |

I did a bunch of membership updates the past few nights, and the behavior was sporadic. Most of the time it did not stay expanded.

I just tried your site and members update area. I updated multiple members and the members area stayed open and active.
Was there something specific you did when the members area closed after the update?

Well, I did a number of things and most of the time it closed back up on me. Only after several different changes did it occasionally stay open.
The first step is to select the member you want to edit. And that was the first frustration.
Then I deleted some old guests and inactives, and updated the notes on some "newer" inactives.
No I would not be able to remember what I did in each case and which ones actually behaved. |
