I am the site administrator for my TMC's website (http://5ashanghai.freetoasthost.org) and have my login and password for the "Site Administration" area. However, my fellow club members and I are having difficulties accessing the "Members Only" area on our website.

I do have my club number, as well as my member number.

Your site administrator has to create userid and passwords for each member of the club.

This user password has nothing to do the the toastmaster.org website.
