  1. Whenever one of our members try to "Send Roster", it sends a garbled message to all of our members.
  2. Through extensive research and numerous conversations, I have learned that, because of my organizations security policy, it is not possible for our members to recieve the correctly formated version of the Roster.
  3. The remaining solution appers to be deleating the "Send Roster" command form the roster page.
  4. If this is possible, what do I need to do to accomplish this minor surgery?

You cannot remove the send roster button.

You will just have to educate your members not to click it.
