Q. Are there any tools to assign duties, like Club Scheduler?A. Not officially. However, a member has created an add-on called DARTS, which stands for Dave Aronson's Role Tracking System. There is a demo at http://davearonson.com/darts/darts.html, including instructions. Once you've installed it, you don't need to worry about getting updates; it's all built up by Javascript, from a separate central file, so you get new versions automagically.
If you have questions about it, the author is a member of the Tech Support Team and is often in the FTH support forum, so ask there.
(There used to be one called DORA, Dave's Online Role Assigner, from the same author. DARTS is the replacement for DORA. DORA is no longer being improved, or even fixed. If you're still using DORA, I strongly recommend you upgrade to DARTS.)
