Q. Can we use FreeToastHost for Toastmasters entities other than clubs, such as Areas, Divisions, or Districts?

A. FTH was designed for Toastmaster Clubs. We prefer not to host Areas / Divisions / Regions.

FreeToastHost is aimed at helping clubs and their members.  It has lots of useful tools specifically for that purpose, such as the club goals, member goals, separate officer email list, and of course the duty roster.  By contrast, FTH has no tools specifically aimed at Areas or larger entities.

There's really not much of an advantage to it over something like, say, iGrOOps.com (example District 31 http://www.igroops.com/igroops/d31 ) or maybe a Yahoo! Group.
